This budget hotel is located conveniently near a park which the locals frequent on weekends, providing a glimpse of the authentic culture. the low price and warm meals at nearby eateries are pluses, however, the rooms are small and can be dusty. the bathroom lacks hygiene and toiletries are not restocked regularly. Despite this, the staff is polite and accommodating with requests. Some rooms offer a decent view of the city, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided.
The hotel is lacking daily room cleaning service.

The hotel offered competitive prices, making it a viable option for budget travelers. Its ideal location near my office and the lake park, around 100 meters away was very convenient. Additionally, I enjoyed the local experience offered by the surrounding restaurants, which were not catering to tourists.
The staff had limited or no proficiency in English, leading to communication difficulties. It was unsettling to learn that the hotel's policy required its foreign customers to submit their passports to the counter, particularly at night, leaving them vulnerable to privacy breaches. Housekeeping was not done on a daily basis, and the hotel did not restock amenities like shampoo and body wash.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was ideal as it was near my workplace and a beautiful lake park just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Transportation was easy to find and the hotel had parking available. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of options. for the price, this hotel was an amazing value for money.
Not obvious to find, but well worth the search.

During my Easter weekend in Hanoi, I found a hotel that offered two amazing deals: one of the best prices in town and a great location. I was lucky enough to stay near a beautiful lake park, which gave me the opportunity to see the local community living their daily lives in a completely different light.
